The course will cover all the measures needed to ensure the safety and wholesomeness of foodstuffs. The measures cover all stages after primary production, including preparation, handling and sale or supply to the final consumer. The course consists of 10 hours, including 2 hours of practice. Short courses carried out by CIFEAS for groups from Latin America, Ecuador, and Spain.
