We carried out an indoor project in a cold storage chamber adapted for the hydroponic cultivation of basil, using our Auxprotec NFT gutters installed on tables at different heights, reaching up to 5 levels. This solution made it possible to maximize the yield of the available space in a fully controlled environment.
The system included specific artificial lighting for cultivation, which, along with the constant temperature of the chamber, allowed total environmental control and optimal year-round growth.
This project was a significant technical challenge for our team, given the complexity of the space and the precision required in the design and installation. The result was an efficient, compact, and functional installation, ideal for intensive basil production in small spaces.
