Our 25 years of experience manufacturing and assembling greenhouses is not just a temporary point, it means being privileged witnesses of the great evolution suffered by greenhouses and their change towards high technology models. New designs, new materials and new concepts of intensive production in greenhouses have been introduced. The basis on which an entire horticultural production project revolves is the design of the greenhouse and the materials to be used in it, since the equipment that is also part of the project will be affected in its layout by its design, both from the point of view of the quantity of materials and the handling and logistics of the greenhouse on a day-to-day basis.

We have also introduced innovations in crop management, increased production and improvements in lowering energy or water consumption. The increasing complexity in developing this type of project has meant that we are one of the few companies in the world capable of handling turnkey projects, advising and developing projects. It is important to know all the requirements that the project will need, as it has nothing to do with designing a project to produce flowers, tomatoes or a seedbed.

In RUFEPA we can carry out your project with sophisticated “Venlo” type glass greenhouses, which is a high technology, quality and adaptability product that meets the needs of the most demanding horticulturists. The dimensioning and design of the elements that make up the main structure are calculated specifically for each project with the specific calculation program for glass greenhouses: “CASTA”. At the same time, our plastic-roofed greenhouses can be adapted to virtually all climates on earth, and our shade net structures are installed in more than 20 countries.

To guarantee the proven quality of our designs, we strictly follow the latest European standard: EURONED: IN 13031-01 A15. In addition, all quality protocols are met by the ISO 9001 seal. And our greenhouses are approved for the whole Russian territory with our GOST certificate.

Rufepa Tecnoagro has as one of its products with the greatest acceptance and volume of installation the plastic multi-tunnel greenhouse. This greenhouse structure, due to its versatility, adapts to almost all climatic conditions and is the structure most frequently chosen by our customers.

It is a base greenhouse model that can be equipped with low, medium or high technology to withstand extreme climate conditions (temperatures well below 0ºC or temperatures higher than 50ºC, depending on the ambient humidity). The equipment is specially designed to maintain an optimal indoor climate inside the greenhouse for each crop (between 16ºC and 30ºC), regardless of the fluctuation of outdoor temperatures.

They are reinforced models, if required, to be able to withstand high crop, equipment, snow and wind loads. Depending on the climate, the crop and the customer’s requirements, our structures can be up to 9 m high at the ridge or more, with continuous single or double ventilation.

The greenhouses covered with corrugated polycarbonate sheets are available for desert areas or high temperatures that allow them to resist sand storms. In case of very low temperatures, cellular polycarbonate panels are also used (usually from 4 to 16 mm) to achieve greater thermal insulation and lower energy consumption of the heating system.

The distances between pillars can be different depending on the model and the loads it has to support, and can vary between 2.00 – 2.50 – 3.00 – 4.00 – 5.00 – 6.00 m.

We mainly highlight 3 models:

– Gothic Greenhouse: Roof with the shape of a gothic arch and buildings of 8.00, 9.60 m or 12.80 m as standard widths, although we can adapt the design to different requirements of your needs. The shape of the arch, gothic, allows for a series of advantages over circular arches such as: greater volume m3/m2 of surface area, greater light transmission, easier evacuation of condensation under the plastic and greater height of the zenithal ventilation, which provides greater ventilation capacity.
