Construction, equipment, and installation of a food control laboratory to strengthen the agri-food chain.

The building was expanded from 800 to 1,114 m² and equipped with advanced technology to carry out quality testing, develop new products, and optimize processes.

The center specializes in functional foods, physicochemical analysis, recovery of natural compounds, and assessment of residues and by-products.

Additionally, it promotes R&D in drying and extraction methods, as well as studies on shelf life and environmental impact.
