Wide range of tillage equipment such as cultivators, cultichissel and disc harrows.

These equipments are characterized by great robustness, design, easy operation and an incredible range of models and accessories that allow to work in any soil no matter how unfavourable it may be.
There are 3 types of equipment:
Cultivators: They are designed for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees, that is, very superficial work. They are hydraulically extendable, have a particular arrangement of their arms that prevents the embouchure of grass and its chassis in robotic welding is predisposed to incorporate many accessories such as rollers, wheels, harrows, intercepts …
Cultichissel: They are designed for open field cultivation and can work up to 35 cm deep. Its folding system for transport is completely horizontal and can be manual or hydraulic.
Disk Harrows: Ideal for preparing the land in vineyards by turning the soil to favour oxygenation and mixing of organic materials. Its particular design allows to work at speeds up to 14 km/h and depths between 6 and 12 cm.

Range of equipment for total or partial ecological weeding of vine and fruit plantations formed in rows

These are high-precision, fully automatic units that are characterised by their robustness, design, easy operation and an incredible range of models and accessories that allow total weeding of the entire street or just under the plants along the row. All are hydraulically extendable to adjust them to the different planting frames available to the customer. They can be used in young plantations from 1 cm in diameter without damaging or touching the plants.
There are 6 types of equipment:
Ventral intercepts: Equipment adapted laterally to the tractor whose mission is to eliminate the weeds around the plants. Easy to use and a multitude of tools according to the client’s needs.
Cultivators with intercepts: Equipment adapted to the 3 points of the tractor, ideal for a combined mission of tilling and weeding in the centre of the street and between plants (along the training rows).
Combined cultivators: these are the same equipment as the inter-bank cultivators but with the particularity that the customer chooses whether or not to plough the centre of the street between rows according to his needs.
Chassis with intercepts: equipment adapted to the 3 points or to the front of the tractor, ideal for weeding between plants (along the training rows).
Bio “non-crop” chassis: equipment adapted to the 3 points of the tractor, ideal for controlling grass in the centre of the street, without tilling the soil and between plants (along the training rows).
Herbicide application equipment: Machine equipped with vat and screens for herbicide application adapted to 3 points of the tractor, ideal for the customer who wants to carry out chemical weeding.

Range of equipment for fertilization, fertilization and crop protection.

These are tractor-drawn, high-capacity, fully automatic equipment for the distribution of environmentally friendly products such as sulphur or compost and vegetable or animal manure.

They are equipped with the best systems to preserve homogeneity in the dosage, extraordinary yields, ease of use and a multitude of accessories and sizes according to the type of agricultural operation. These accessories can be easily interchanged according to the needs or the different crops of the client.

Our current range consists of the following equipment:
1. ARH. Stainless steel dusting machines: Automatic machines built in stainless steel. Their mission is to apply preventive powder treatments and they are a magnificent alternative to increasingly expensive and forbidden chemical treatments.

2. FRT – Suspended Fertiliser Spreader: Precision Suspended Fertiliser Spreader
from 600 L to 1000 L, suitable for surface or underground distribution of granular fertilizers and pellets.

3. DEF. Fertilizer locator trailer: These are fertiliser spreaders that allow the location of the fertilisers wherever the customer wishes, either underground (by means of subsoilers with up to 4 outlets) or on the surface (only on the rows of the plantation or by spreading the product evenly on the ground).

4. DE and DEA. Manure locator trailers: This equipment allows the location of fertilizers or manure wherever the client wishes, either underground (through 1 or 2 subsoilers next to the rows) or on the surface (on the rows of the plantation or spreading the product homogeneously on the ground with a maximum of 15 meters).

5. DES and DESP. Manure spreader trailers: This equipment allows for the location of fertilisers or manure in a superficial manner, locating them only on the rows of the plantation or spreading the product homogeneously on the ground up to a maximum of 15 metres.

Great variety of equipment for pre-pruning, pruning and leaf removal from vineyards

A wide range of high precision automatic equipment that is characterised by its great robustness, design and easy operation, and a wide range of accessories that allow various types of pruning in the vineyard (summer and winter pruning, formation pruning, leaf removal, selective pruning, etc).

Due to the experience accumulated over more than 50 years we can offer customised solutions to each client taking into account various factors such as the type of crop, type of pruning, type of crop variety or size of the farm.

We differentiate 3 types of equipment:
1. ID-REV and ID-DUAL. Vine leaf strippers: Equipment with sensitive adjustments to the vine, which adhere to it and swallow the leaves, causing defoliation without damaging the fruit and allowing air to circulate to prevent rotting or disease in the bunch. Id-dual has 2 heads instead of one, thus covering 2 rows per pass with the tractor.

2. PV-VIEW, PV-FULL, PVL and PV-TUNEL. Vineyard pruning machines: Equipment used to prune the vines in the spring and summer to encourage the formation of hedges and to fatten the bunches of grapes.

3. EFIC-P, BASIC-L and BASIC-P. Vine pruning machines: Designed to facilitate pruning and the cleaning of vine shoots in mainly trellis-wire formations, considerably reducing pruning costs.

Due to the experience accumulated during more than 50 years we can offer customised solutions to each client taking into account different factors such as the type of crop, type of pruning, types of crop varieties or size of the farm.

We have 3 groups of machines:
1. PAS-D. Hedge and bush pruner: Equipment designed to facilitate mechanised pruning in the form of hedges, mainly for wild fruit and blueberry crops in an industrial man

2. PVO, PVA and PVL-OLI. Blade pruners: Equipment designed for pruning skirts or lower parts, or side pruning and/or topping of fruit and olive trees as well as light pruning (on stems less than 4 cm thick).

3. PFO, PFP, PFS2, PFS-V5, PFS-L, PFS-V1 and PFS-V2 Disc pruners: High performance equipment designed for pre-pruning large trees with thick branches, considerably reducing the costs of pruning. This equipment is also used for summer pruning and for provoking or controlling flowering.

Equipment for the handling and crushing of pruning remains.

They are equipment adapted to tractors, very robust, easy to operate, with a wide range of models and accessories.

This equipment is essential if you want to automate the work of cordoning off pruning remains and then shredding them “in situ” on the ground to reincorporate this organic plant matter into the soil.

Often both tasks, trimming and shredding, can be carried out simultaneously, by placing one machine in front of and one behind the tractor, thus reducing costs and labour.

We differentiate between 3 groups of machines:
1. ALH, ALH-1D and AL-C. Sweepers, Aligners: Placed on the front of the tractor, they cordon off the remains of pruning to the centre of the street to be crushed in a single pass by the tractor or to be collected with a branch collector.

2. TD-L and TD-R. Shredders and brushcutters: adapted to the 3 points of the tractor. These are multi-purpose machines, as they can be used to crush pruning waste that is approximately 10 cm thick, and they can also be used to mow in streets where a herbaceous plant cover has been allowed to grow.

3. TD-VID, TD-FAST, TD-SO and S-FAST Pick-up crushers: these are machines adapted to the 3 points of the tractor. They are used to crush pruning waste up to 15 cm. They have a hydraulic feeder to attract the pruning remains to the interior and their great difference with conventional shredders is that this machine leaves the pruning remains much more crushed, small and crumbled, that is, higher quality in the final work.
