AgritechMurcia is once again participating in Fruit Logistica, the most important trade fair in the sector, which is being held from 5 to 7 April in Berlin, to showcase the innovation and sustainability of technology made in Murcia.
With the support of the INFO, we will be in the ‘technology corner’ of the pavilion of the Region of Murcia. In this space we will show producers, companies and visitors the latest technological solutions designed to improve the efficiency of natural resources and increase production.
The AgritechMur association is made up of 21 agricultural technology companies, research centres, Cebas-Csic and Imida, and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and is supported by INFO in its commitment to innovation and technology.
It is a successful model backed by experience that offers technological solutions to respond to the challenges facing agriculture: to produce more with a minimum use of natural resources.
With the slogan ‘the sustainable market garden of Europe’, the Region of Murcia reaffirms in this edition its commitment to protecting and respecting the environment through production marked by energy and water efficiency and the use of fertilisers, the application of new innovation techniques and adaptation to the required regulations. On this occasion, 61 companies and organisations will be present in the German capital, a whole agro-technological ecosystem.
The Berlin trade fair, Fruit Logistica, is the leading event for the world fruit trade and covers the entire distribution chain of the fruit and vegetable industry, from the grower to the point of sale. In the last on-site edition, more than 3,300 exhibitors from 91 countries were present and more than 72,000 people attended.
