Pre-registration is open until 18 February for the online coursee
After the success of the past editions, the AgritechMurcia-UPCT programmes a new edition of the course of professional specialist in management of horticultural crops in greenhouses with technology.
The course will address the necessary knowledge to train technicians to be able to successfully carry out production in greenhouses with high technological equipment and to obtain maximum performance with their facilities in order to optimise the use of resources.
Horticultural crops grown in greenhouses allow control of humidity and environmental conditions, which contributes to increasing the quality and quality of the product. These crops are highly profitable in the agri-food sector, so investment in technology is necessary and justified.
In this edition, a final module on berry cultivation (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry) has been implemented. Students who have taken the ‘Specialist course in greenhouse horticultural crop management with technology’ in previous years will be able to enrol in the final module of specialisation in berries independently, having to prove that they have passed the course.
The course, in online mode, will take place from 9 March to 22 July. Classes and tutorials will be held online via video conference on Thursday afternoons, from 16:00 to 20:00 h (Spanish time).
The pre-enrolment period is open until 18 February. The dates for enrolment will be from 21 February to 4 March 2022.
