The modernization of farms and processing facilities in Uíge, the main coffee-producing region of Angola, was led on behalf of a Public Institution. The project included a comprehensive due diligence of the existing infrastructure, as well as the rehabilitation and commissioning of an idle processing plant.

The intervention covered institutional strengthening, improvement of farmers’ production capacity, and access to markets through quality control and training programs.
