Project to improve agricultural competitiveness and strengthen public institutions within the framework of the country’s EU accession. It included the construction of two collection and conditioning centers, with feasibility studies, urban planning, environmental and social management, and preparation of tenders.

The mission covered schematic and detailed design, site selection, impact assessment, licensing, and development of strategic plans, as well as support in bidding processes and assistance during construction works.
