Private farm management, covering 800 ha, from the initial assessment through to sustainable operation and maintenance.

The project included an exhaustive due diligence process covering infrastructure and natural resources, followed by a feasibility study on inputs, labor, and equipment. Sustainable practices were implemented, and agricultural and commercial activities were managed according to the business plan. During the maintenance phase, a preventive and corrective plan was carried out to optimize the use of water, electricity, and fuel.
